3. Waitlist
By joining the Vlaunch waitlist, you agree to receive emails related to:

Joining the waitlist does not automatically subscribe you to our newsletter.
Legal basis: Consent.
Waitlist information will be deleted no later than six months after the product launch, unless you have separately subscribed to our newsletter or another lawful reason for retention applies.
You may request removal from the waitlist at any time.
4. Newsletter
Our newsletter is a separate, optional subscription.
If you choose to subscribe, we may send you emails about:
- Product developments and new features.
- CFD software news and updates.
- Product releases and improvements.
- Exclusive offers and promotions.
- Other relevant Vlaunch announcements.
Legal basis: Your separate consent, provided through an optional, unchecked subscription checkbox.
You can unsubscribe at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails or contacting info@vlaunchcfd.com.
Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not automatically cancel your waitlist registration.
5. Data Storage and Service Providers
We use the following services to operate Vlaunch:
- Netlify: To host our website and to securely receive and store our waitlist and newsletter subscription records (Netlify Forms).
- Google Workspace: To manage our business email communications.
- Mijndomein: To register our domain name.
- Google Analytics: To measure website traffic and understand how visitors interact with our website.
We do not sell personal data.
Google services and Netlify may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Such processing is subject to applicable data protection requirements and transfer safeguards.
6. Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics for website performance measurement and general visitor statistics.
We do not intend to use advertising cookies, remarketing or advertising personalisation.
Where consent is legally required for analytics technologies, they will only be activated after obtaining that consent.
Further information about the actual cookies and technologies used will be provided as required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary.
Waitlist: Up to six months after the official Vlaunch product launch, unless you request earlier removal or another lawful retention reason applies.
Newsletter: For as long as your subscription remains active. Following cancellation, your information will be removed from the active mailing list.
Limited records may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable legal obligations and respect unsubscribe requests.
8. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss and misuse.
Access to subscription records is restricted to authorised persons responsible for managing Vlaunch communications.
9. Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

- Withdraw your consent.
